If you would like to send me a photo of what you’d like for nail art, you can email me photos directly to hello@oshimabeauty.com. Please make sure to mention when your booking date and time is in the email.

Note: I may email you to inquire about more details for your design. Please make sure to look out for my email and respond before your booking.

Cancellation/Missed/Late Appointment Policy:

Please make sure you let me know 2 days before your appointment if you are going to cancel your appointment.

If you completely miss your appointment or you show up late more than 10 minutes, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. If you let me know that you will be late for your appointment, there will be a grace of 15 minutes. Any reason for cancelling, unless you have an emergency situation, you will forfeit your non-refundable deposit. Thank you for understanding in advance.
